- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is terrible. My husband and I are military and are stationed in VA. They told us that in order to add me to his bank account we would have to come in and sign for everything. When I said that wasn't possible, the rep Megan said that was the only way and I couldn't get added then. But they refuse to talk to me about anything unless I'm on the account. We are changing banks. I have never seen a bank so unwilling to work with military members.By Amber Russell, August 27, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been a member at this bank for 21-years when I began banking there as a very poor college student. I changed to Fidelity bank after having a bad experience with another bank, but I have never once had a problem FBOT.
