  This morning I found myself in a time crunch: I needed to print off 6 copies of my honors thesis and have them turned in to the honors program by 2:30 pm. I saw the positive reviews on Google about The UPS Store's printing services and decided to go there. The thesis itself is 165 pages - mostly black and white - with about 10 pages scattered throughout which include color diagrams. Not only did the UPS store employee - Seth - print off the copies exactly the way I needed them - 1 single-sided and 5 double-sided - he printed off, in color, the specific list of pages I gave him which included color diagrams and went through and replaced all of these specific pages with color copies. On the double-sided copies, this meant finding the pages, printing off a proper double-sided page, and inserting it into the thesis. He did this for all 5 thesis copies. Needless to say, I had all of the copies turned in hours before the deadline. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is the best customer service anyone will ever receive for printing. I'm stunned, and will be telling everyone I know to use this location for their printing needs. Thank you, Seth, for being so incredibly willing to help me.

  RUDE and very unhelpful to work with. Person I spoke with on the phone refused to help and expedite an order after I had received instruction from their customer service help desk to call the store and expedite my order.
